Policy for the Beauty Clinic, terms and conditions
Out of respect for our services and our time, for all new clients, a 50% deposit for a treatment longer than an hour is required upon booking, which will be used towards their treatment, and is non refundable if cancelled under 24 hours or no show. Our facials we have priced at Guinot’s Lowest Recommended Retail Price, and furthermore we add extra value, so our promise to you is that your treatment experience is at the highest standard we can deliver.
If you are calling the salon and we weren’t able to answer, please leave a voicemail or send a text message, with your name, phone number and a brief description of what you would like. Unfortunately we receive many telemarketing, unwanted calls, so we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note, we do not keep a float/carry cash within the beauty salon. If you do bring cash please bring the correct amount of your treatment cost, or the purchase price of the product/s you wish to purchase, it is rare we carry change.
We can do the option of split payment of Cash and Card also. The beauty clinic is endeavouring to go cashless. We prefer to accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, accepting Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American express, Bartercard or Cheques.
Please arrive at least 10 mins prior to treatment time. If you arrive late for the treatment, treatment time will have to be limited for the time the client was late, or cancelled if need be. Deposit will be non refundable.
If therapist is running late, that will fall under the therapists responsibility and she will endeavour to contact you, to inform you of the inconvenience and how long she will be.
You will receive the full treatment time, if the appointment time had to be changed for that reason.
If for whatever reason treatment has to be cancelled by your usual therapist, you will receive treatment from another salon therapist, or the option will be given if you prefer to change your appointment to another day as soon as possible. If neither therapist can work that day and you cannot change your appointment to another day, a full deposit refund will be given if you have supplied one, so please ensure us with your BSB and Account Number so we can do that for you.
If purchasing a gift voucher, pick up in store or one can be written up and emailed to you, gift vouchers are valid up to six months after purchase.
Please note we only have one treatment room, we do not have the capacity to facilitate for groups of people. We have had friends and family come in pairs. Whilst one client was enjoying a treatment the other was relaxing in the chair, then they swapped.
We do not hold all Guinot retail stock in the salon, if you wish for a certain product from Guinot please contact us prior, and we will order it for you with a 50% deposit, and contact you when your product has arrived in store. We do an order once a month and sell products at Guinot’s Recommended Retail Price.
Please note we do not have a technician at present time that is trained in male waxing.
Until we have resolved this issue, we recommend Leah’s Wax Works at Pacific Fair or Wax it at Robina Town Centre.
